Mercedes-Benz Toronto Queensway, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an enthusiastic 2nd Year Apprentice Technician to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on vehicle maintenance and repair, with pay rate of $27.74 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician.
• Post-secondary diploma, or equivalent experience.
• ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• perform basic vehicale care and maintenance, including oil change, lubrication work, filter replacement, and tire rotation/replacement
• communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding the vehicle
• document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed, on the repair order
• road tests vehicles, as required
