Typical Workday

As a management team member, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Train your team in customer support and sales techniques, and familiarize them with product features
• Welcome customers, assist them, and explain product details
• Coordinate store activities with the management team
• Ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
• Achieve personal sales goals with training support
• Share information with your team to meet sales targets

Human Resources

• Create a positive work environment fostering pride and excellence
• Promote brand vision, mission, and culture
• Lead by example and inspire your team
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Manage absences and punctuality

Marketing and Visual Presentation

• Create an attractive store environment based on planograms
• Monitor competitors’ activities
• Reflect brand image to build customer loyalty
• Assist with order planning and visual displays
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Administration

• Analyze sales and traffic reports and share insights
• Manage store opening and closing
• Follow policies and procedures
