Your role and responsibilities
As an entry-level Application Developer at IBM, you will provide technical support and maintenance by applying your knowledge of application functionality and technical design. You will be responsible for ensuring applications run smoothly, developing an understanding of solutions to design, build, and test new capabilities within existing systems.
This role involves working with technology subject to Export Regulations sanctions. To qualify, you must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident. If you hold dual or third nationality, your additional nationalities must be from an approved list, including countries like Australia, France, Germany, the UK, the US, and others specified.
Candidates must have or be eligible to obtain:
Secret Clearance issued by the Government of Canada. Note: Without this clearance, it may take up to six months to obtain it if you are a Canadian citizen.
NATO and Controlled Goods Clearances, required once Secret Clearance is obtained.
