We're looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Analytics Specialist to join our Digital team, based in our Newmarket office. In this role, you'll support the Analytics & Insights team across a range of activities including data analysis, dashboard development, report generation, and data modelling. Working under the guidance of experienced Analytics Specialists, you'll learn to implement data solutions that empower the wider organisation to make informed decisions.
You'll be hands-on with leading analytics tools like SQL and Power BI, assisting in the optimisation of reporting processes and helping to drive data-informed thinking across the business. You'll also contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-service analytics at Watercare. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your technical skills and develop your career in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
