Job summary

Qualico Properties in Calgary seeks aJunior Analyst, Properties to support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management division. The role involves calendar coordination, document processing, and data updates for property operations and leasing.

You will assist with reporting, research, and action-item tracking while maintaining confidential information and coordinating with brokers, tenants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• Experience with spreadsheets, filing systems, shared drives, and administrative databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and document support to the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management division.
• Coordinate calendars, meeting preparations, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for property records, leases, contracts, and vendor information.
• Update property, tenant, and performance data in internal systems with high accuracy.
• Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and internal summaries.
