Qualico Properties in Calgary is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, mentor assistants, and ensure high-quality service to tenants and owners.

The role requires a RECA license, a minimum of seven years in commercial property management, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. You will coordinate maintenance, budgeting, leasing support, and vendor management from our Calgary office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RECA license (Property Management) required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar PM system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties and manage tenants and owners.
• Ensure services to clients are provided timely and to high quality.
• Conduct periodic inspections ensuring safety and lease compliance.
• Monitor building maintenance and review contractor pricing.
• Assist in financial reporting, budgets, and capital projects.
• Manage properties within approved budgets and variances.
• Tender contracts, negotiate rates, and review property taxes.
• Support leasing staff to lease vacancies and analyze utility invoices.
• Mentor Assistant Property Managers to develop internal growth.
