Job summary

Qualico Properties is seeking a Junior Analyst, Properties in Calgary to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support within the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management division. You will assist with calendar management, document preparation, and data updates related to property operations and leasing.

You will compile reports and internal summaries, maintain filing systems, and communicate with brokers, vendors, tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and document support to the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management division.
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up tracking.
Prepare reports, memos, spreadsheets, and internal summaries.
Maintain organized digital and physical files for property records, leases and contracts.
Coordinate communications with brokers, vendors, tenants and internal stakeholders.
Update property, tenant and performance data in internal systems with accuracy.
Support meetings by circulating materials, recording notes and tracking action items.
