About This Team
As part of the Finance team, we are responsible for the overall integrity, controls and reporting of lululemon’s global inventory. With over $1.5B in inventory spread across 1,000+ stores and 14+ distribution centers, we take pride in providing the business and our investors with accurate inventory information.
A business degree in accounting or finance. 1+ years of professional work experience. Month end close and reporting experience is an asset. Sales and inventory accounting experience an asset. Experience with Oracle EBS and Spreadsheet Server, or equivalent, an asset. Good working knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in Excel. Excellent teamwork & interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and capable of meeting tight timelines. Ability to suggest alternatives and ideas for improvement. Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from 57000 - 70000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
