As a Junior Accountant in Inventory, your role is to perform daily balancing of inventory volumes, customer billings, and month-end accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate accounting of inventory movements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare monthly recurring journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform accurate and timely billings of product sales to customers
• Perform daily inventory balancing activities for assigned terminals and inventory locations
• Process inventory purchase invoices for payment
• Collaborate with Pricing, Tax, and Operations to ensure inventory movements are accurately reported
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly/annual audit and tax support
• Perform user acceptance testing for changes/enhancements to ERP systems
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, as required

Your Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Pursuing or currently hold the CPA designation
• 0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory
