Job description

Aventas is an Omni-channel marketing agency that has worked alongside brands like Telus, Rogers, Bell, RBC & BMO. We help brands unleash their unique point of view by conducting all our sales and marketing face-to-face.

We are on the HUNT for an amazing candidate to join our team! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. We are looking for someone with a background in accounting / finance to build out processes with our team - training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with OUTSTANDING skills and an outgoing personality. From bookkeeping and accounting to using our CRM and communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Compensation

• 20 / Hour during 90-day probationary period
• 45k Salary + 5-10k Annual Bonuses
• Quarterly incentives
• Travel for work (Mexico in Oct, Bahamas in Nov this year!)
