Job description

As Canada's fastest-growing financial technology company, we are looking to expand our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for helping Canadians make better money decisions.

We’re seeking a Junior Account Manager to play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our partnership programs.

Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will manage the day‑to‑day execution of partnership activities, oversee smaller partnerships end to end, and provide critical support on larger, strategic initiatives. You’ll take ownership of partnership operations and reporting, helping to build scalable processes that keep programs organized, measurable, and high‑performing. This role involves working directly with partners, coordinating timelines, and driving successful delivery and outcomes.

As part of the Partnerships team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Development—gaining a uniquely holistic understanding of how the business operates. With both the department and the broader organization experiencing growth, this role offers significant opportunity to develop, take initiative, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Perform general administrative duties for the partnership team.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items.

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow‑ups to keep accounts on schedule.

  • Maintain client records, files, and databases.

  • Support onboarding activities and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, call centre).

  • Assist with coordination of issue mitigation and resolution across internal teams.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and execute improvements.

  • Execute partner gifting and assist with event coordination from end to end.

Partner Communication

  • Assist with responding to client inquiries and requests.

  • Prepare and send routine documents, status updates, and reports to partners.

  • Help maintain strong partner satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.

  • Support insight planning and creation for partner‑facing reviews.

  • Coordinate communication with partners during onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

CRM & Reporting Management

  • Maintain partner and account information within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform all associated administrative tasks related to CRM updates and partner records.

  • Build and maintain operational and partnership performance reports and presentations.

  • Review invoices and validate reporting accuracy, escalating discrepancies as needed.

Material Development

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, training decks, and account‑related documentation.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, formatting, and structure across all materials.

  • Support the preparation of insights, performance summaries, and partnership presentations.

Must-have

  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and articulate oneself clearly and professionally.

  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and communication.

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and follow through on solutions.

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Application Requirements

  • You get your Birthday off!

  • This role requires two in‑office days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), with an additional Wednesday in the office every other week

  • Full employer-paid benefits
