Aecon Group Inc. in Bruce County, Ontario, is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator, Series Training, to support the Shoreline Power Group training program for the Bruce Power Life Extension project.

The Shoreline Power Group (SPG) is a fully integrated joint venture of Aecon and AtkinsRéalis located in Kincardine, Ontario. SPG is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program, which replaces the main components of six reactors at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders, as well as construction management and trade labour. This project is part of Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program, which will allow Bruce Power’s CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064.
Working with the Manager, Series Training, the Junior Project Coordinator, Series Training supports the coordination and delivery of training programs through documentation control, tracking, and training‑centre support. This role plays a key part in keeping training activities organized and on track by maintaining records, supporting material readiness, and assisting with day‑to‑day coordination between training and field stakeholders. It also supports the practical operation of the training environment to ensure materials, classrooms, and trackers are in place for training delivery.
This role supports development of capability in coordination, data tracking, and exposure to structured training approaches such as the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
