Job summary

Jardeg is recruiting a Journeyperson Scaffolder to join Heartland Constructors Inc. at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a temporary position starting as soon as September 3rd and estimated end date is November 30. This position will be on a day shift on a 6/1 schedule.

Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary. Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal.
• Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
• CSTS 09 or CSO.
• Confined Space.
• Fall Protection.
• Basic Rigging.

Responsibilities

• Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards.
• Fully competent with assembling, dismantling and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds.
• Safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments.
