Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Supervisor, the Journeyperson Electrician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

This position is located inVanscoy, SK, Canada and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:

• Inspect, repair, install and wire all electrical apparatus, devices and circuits of any voltage
• Work safely in a mining environment following policies and procedures
• Participate in safety meetings and inspections, and following standard operating procedures

What you will bring:

• A valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) as an Electrician
• Previous experience in an industrial environment would be an asset
• Positive safety behavior and a safety mindset
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a labor intensive team environment as well as independently
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
• Proven history of demonstrating "Respect in the Workplace" values
• Mindset emphasizing the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace
• Team first mentality-understanding that we are a maintenance team all achieving common goals
