Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Journeyman Welder to join our team for morning and afternoon shifts, performing high-quality GTAW welding on light gauge materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The Afternoon Shift runs 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include welding, reading blueprints, and maintaining equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with GTAW (TIG), FCAW, and GMAW welding processes.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime (weekdays/weekends) as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating shears and press brakes is considered an asset.

Position Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Welder to join our team on the morning and afternoon shift. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality GTAW welding on light gauge materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM - Monday - Friday
