Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a General Laborer for the morning shift in a manufacturing setting. You will work across different production areas and operate hand and power tools to support daily operations.

The role requires welding experience, the ability to use tools, and strong problem-solving. Overtime may be required; physical lifting up to 50 pounds is expected. Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Position Description

As a General Laborer, you will be accountable for working in different production areas, using various hand and power tools.

Morning shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday -Friday

Required Education & Qualifications

• Has welding experience for at least a year.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Open to overtime on weekdays and/or weekends, when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is an asset.
