Job summary

1Click Energy Solutions Inc. in Port Coquitlam is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic to install, maintain, and service residential heat pumps.

You will be the face of the company in the field, delivering technical expertise and excellent customer service to homeowners across the Lower Mainland.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a signing bonus, competitive pay, company vehicle, and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification or 4th-year Apprentice with strong residential experience.
• Gas Fitter Class B ticket highly preferred.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Familiarity with Vancouver and surrounding areas' residential architecture and local municipal codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Install heat pump-based heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment with accurate service records.
• Perform annual inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and managers.

1Click Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (RACM) to join our growing team in Port Coquitlam. This role is focused on the installation, maintenance, and service of residential electric heat pumps.

You will be the face of the company in the field, providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to homeowners across the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Perform high-quality installations of heat pump-based heating and cooling systems.
• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed, while keeping accurate service records.
• Maintenance: Conduct annual inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency.
• Engagement: Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, customers and managers, while keeping a positive attitude.

What You Bring

• Red Seal Certification: Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (or 4th-year Apprentice with strong residential experience).
• Gas Fitter License: Class B Gas Fitter ticket is highly preferred.
