Valard Construction LP is a premier powerline contractor, serving clients in both public & private sectors. We offer construction services in overhead and underground transmission and distribution systems, substations, fiber optics, as well as substation and transmission foundations.

Valard Construction LP is seeking qualified Journeyman Powerline Technicians to join our team. We are looking for self-motivated, team player, dedicated individuals who are willing to work as part of a dynamic team that provides crucial support to Valard’s projects.

Specifics:

25/10 Shift in Sault Ste. Marie On

Local to the area an asset

Will provide Ontario specific training if required

• Qualified Red Seal Journeymen Powerline Technicians, local to Sault Ste. Marie
• DZ license minimum, preference given to AZ license.
• Experience in maintenance and construction of transmission lines, coupled with the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Safety oriented
• All other related duties as assigned by the Foreman or Senior Valard Team member.
• Positive Attitude and good work ethic.
