Qualifications

• Two years of trade experience as a Journeyperson in a large industrial facility.
• Knowledge of pressure, temperature, level and flow instrumentation and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings and data sheets.
• Valid Alberta Journeyperson or Interprovincial Red Seal Instrumentation certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned maintenance and response work.
• Perform walk-downs and help build energy isolation packages.
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot instrumentation and controls.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and equipment deficiencies.
• Provide safety, cost and operational improvement feedback.
• Develop and follow maintenance procedures and instructions.
