Job summary

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is actively hiring an Interprovincial Tradesman to join our CAD South Operations team in the Irma area, Alberta. This role supports Alliance Canada South operations with backgrounds in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical trades.

Reporting to the Alliance Heartland Region Foreman, the role involves hands-on maintenance at compressor stations and related equipment. We seek candidates with 5+ years of industrial experience, Interprovincial Journeyman

Qualifications

5+ years of related industrial work experience.
Interprovincial Journeyman certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Millwright, Heavy Duty Mechanic, or equivalent.
Experience with medium- or high-voltage systems is an asset.
Experience with rotating equipment and natural gas compression is an asset.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Champion Pembina’s safety culture and Life Saving Rules in all work practices.
Ensure maintenance and operations tasks are completed safely and per procedures.
Perform routine pipeline operations and maintenance tasks incl. compressor stations and valves.
Locate and mark Alliance facilities prior to excavation per One-Call procedures.
Provide training and mentoring to develop staff and support succession planning.
Participate in weekly after-hours call out rotation and travel as needed.
