Job description

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltdis currently seekingan experiencedJourneymanElectricianfor work with ourBonnyvillebranch. Candidates must have strong electrical industrial maintenance experience working within the Oil & Gas sector. This position will be for both maintenance and construction projects located within the Bonnyville area. Shifts will vary depending on the project.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil & gas maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements:

• Electrical Journeyman certificateOR4th Year Electrical Apprentice
• Must have previous heat trace, troubleshooting and industrial maintenance experience
• Previous experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas facilities
• Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR/AED, CSTS 2020 Certificates

• Must have a flexible work schedule - shift?work, overtime, and weekends
• Valid Class 5 drivers license
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Candidates must live in the immediate Bonnyville area or be willing to permanently relocate to this area
