Job summary

PTW Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team on construction sites near Anzac, AB.

You will install electrical systems on industrial projects and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specs while maintaining safety and quality. You should have a valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred) and at least 2 years of industrial electrical experience, with CSTS 2020 and fall protection.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial construction electrical work
• Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Valid driver's licence
• Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to work in heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team working on our various construction sites near Anzac, AB. You will install electrical systems on industrial projects/sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
• Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $45, commensurate with experience and certification
• Shift: 10 days on, 4 days off
• Hours: 12per day, 8 Regular, 4Overtime
• Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
