Job summary

Bouchier is seeking a Journeyman Electrical Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems at our Fort McKay/IOL Kearl FM sites. This full-time role uses a 14 on/14 off compressed schedule with flight, camp and bussing options.

You will lead a crew of journeymen and apprentices, interpret blueprints and Canadian Electrical Code, coordinate with other trades, manage daily work flow and provide progress reports to the Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician Red Seal certification.
• Thorough understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
• Interpret blueprints and safety regulations; coordinate with other trades.
• Lead journeymen/apprentices and supervise daily work and safety meetings.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Superintendent.
