Job summary

Constant Connection Inc. is seeking an experienced licensed electrician in the Greater Toronto Area to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects.

You will read blueprints, assemble control panels, and ensure compliance with the Ontario and Canadian Electrical Codes. A minimum of three years' 309A licensed experience and strong communication skills are required, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ontario 309A electrician license and have a background in industrial or commercial projects.
• Minimum of three years working as a licensed 309A electrician.
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario and Canadian Electrical Codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Electrical system installation and maintenance for various systems (EMT, PVC, conduit, cable tray, wiring).
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure correct execution of projects.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes.
• Work independently with strong self-organization and minimal supervision.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze and comprehend electrical schematics or blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Control Panel Assembly: Construct and wire electrical control panels meticulously to meet project specifications.
• System Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and rectify electrical system failures, including machinery breakdowns and power issues, to restore functionality swiftly.
• Code Compliance: Guarantee that all electrical installations adhere to local electrical code standards.

Education and Experience Required
