Job Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
- Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for the franchise in conjunction with a CPA
- Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
- Establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
- Focus and dedicate to providing excellent customer service
- Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments
- Be a great representative of our brand
- Collect and analyze information, asking questions and monitoring various aspects of the business to detect problems
- Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors
- Enter timesheets and process payroll

- Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime if needed

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
