Kelly is seeking an Engineer to join its Unified Fixed Income Trade Processing (FITP) team in Toronto. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance UI applications, modernizing services, and enabling automated CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include designing robust software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring risk, security, and regulatory standards are met. This role is onsite 3 days per week.

Role Overview: Seeking an Engineer to join its Unified Fixed Income Trade Processing (FITP) team. FITP is a global trading platform supporting derivatives, cash, exotics, and securities financing products, serving 3,800+ users and processing approximately 200,000 transactions daily. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance UI applications, modernizing services, and enabling automated CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and testable applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and testability.
