Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IBM Transaction Manager (FTM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain transaction processing solutions within our banking / financial systems. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on technical expertise in IBM FTM, with a focus on building reliable, scalable, and secure transaction processing modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure IBM Transaction Manager (FTM) workflows, rules, and processes according to functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Integrate FTM with other banking applications, middleware (e.g., WebSphere, MQ), and third-party systems.
• Customize FTM components such as workflow engine, transaction queues, and scripting elements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of transaction processing workflows.
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and migration activities in development, testing, and production environments.
• Support existing FTM implementations, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical problems.
• Keep updated with IBM FTM product features, patches, and industry best practices.
