NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a senior Java developer to contribute to enterprise Java applications in a distributed, Agile environment.

You will design and implement scalable microservices, collaborate with global stakeholders, and leverage Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful services to deliver robust solutions. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on development experience, strong database skills, and a solid understanding of performance optimization and testing.

Formación

• Enterprise Java development with hands-on experience in large Java applications.
• 5+ years in Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• 5+ years with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with AI coding assistants and Generative AI tools.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and performance optimization.
• Proficient in unit and integration testing using modern frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams across distributed stakeholders.

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in enterprise Java applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Core Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and other Generative AI development tools.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, object-oriented design principles, and application performance optimization.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Understanding business requirements and ability to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
