Job summary

eBrandon is seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor who will perform daily restaurant cleaning duties while leading the janitorial team. You will supervise staff, ensure cleaning standards, train new hires, and coordinate coverage with a hands-on approach, including early mornings (5AM) and occasional evenings.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to do regular physical cleaning tasks and hold a valid driver's license for shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience is required and should be clearly detailed in your cover letter.
• Must be willing to perform regular physical cleaning duties including heavy lifting.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for every shift are a must.
• Basic computer skills would be an asset.
• Previous janitorial and/or commercial cleaning in a restaurant setting is an asset.

Schedule

• -part time potentially leading into full-time
• -must be available for early morning (5AM)
• -some evening availability required for occasional coverage
• -flexibility to provide coverage when needed
