We're looking for a motivated, quality-driven Janitor to join our team at Coast Capital Bank. The overnight shift has flexible hours between 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day. Pay rate: $18.25/hr.

Your Work Will Include

• Dusting or wiping down check-in counters
• Empties and cleans check-in counters waste baskets
• Spot cleaning walls, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills
• Cleaning and polishing chrome and other polished metal surfaces
• Cleaning partition glass within arm’s reach
• Dusting baseboards and low air vents
• Damp mopping small area hard surface floors
• Vacuuming duties as requested

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Floor care experience is an asset (able to scrub, buff, and polish floors)
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors is an asset
• Able to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
• Effective communication skills with supervisors, clients, and the public
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• WHMIS certification (training can be provided)
• A clear criminal record check is required
