Job summary

Kind Hearted Company is seeking a maintenance and cleaning professional to work on the road in Victoria, BC. This permanent, part-time role offers 10.5 to 30.5 hours per week at CA$20–CA$22 per hour, with potential to move to full-time.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, apartments, and office spaces, performing safety checks, and assisting with light maintenance across multiple locations as required.

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris
• Empty trash cans and waste containers
• Wash windows and interior walls/ceilings
• Perform safety and security checks
• Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
• Move heavy furniture and equipment
• Perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and gardens
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Work with minimal supervision
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
