Job summary

The Refrigeration Operator position is based in Surrey, BC, with no remote work option. You will operate, maintain and monitor refrigeration equipment at the employer’s site, following safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Starting as soon as possible, the role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and a secondary school diploma. Wages are CAD 37.50 per hour for a 32-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in refrigeration or similar equipment maintenance.
• Must be able to perform basic upkeep and checks on machinery.

• Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
• Perform minor repairs to equipment
