Job summary

Sekisui Diagnostics P.E.I. Ltd. seeks a Manager of IVD Manufacturing in Charlottetown to lead production and packaging operations for in vitro diagnostic products.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure quality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role requires strong leadership, scientific knowledge, and manufacturing expertise with experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in a regulated environment.
• Post-secondary degree in a science-related discipline.
• Experience leading investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• MBA or MSc would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production and Packaging Operations for IVD manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Drive process improvements, technology transfer, and validations.
