BIOVECTRA in Charlottetown is seeking an Associate Vice President, Manufacturing to lead Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

This executive oversees financial performance, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance while building high-performing teams and shaping long-term manufacturing strategy to support expansion and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent senior leadership experience in a related science field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/CDMO).
• Strong track record in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and schedule performance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation functions.
• Own financial performance including revenue, expenses, margins, and capital planning.
• Lead budgeting, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic growth.
• Partner with Engineering and other leaders to scale operations for new programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
