Arobas Personnel is currently seeking an ITSM Technician for a contract opportunity with one of our clients located in Montreal.

*Remote : Hybrid- 3 days/week in the office*

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or IT service management.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proven experience managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Skilled in data analysis and report/dashboard creation using Power BI.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, including data extraction and integration with Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of major incident management, service request handling, problem resolution, risk assessment, and change management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with classic APS tools (UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, SQL, etc.).
