Description of Duties:
The IT Volunteer will support HSDE Canada's digital infrastructure and online presence. This role involves maintaining the organization's website, managing social media platforms, and providing technical assistance with electronic devices and databases.
Key Duties:
Update and maintain the HSDE Canada website (content, functionality, design improvements).
Manage social media accounts (posting content, engaging followers, ensuring consistent branding).
Provide technical support for staff and volunteers using computers, tablets, and other devices.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot basic hardware and software systems.
Support the creation and maintenance of databases for program and donor records.
Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.
Recommend and implement digital tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
