Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT technician to join our team, specializing in NetSuite Development, while also managing IT operations, systems integrations, employee onboarding, and digital innovation projects. This role combines development, system administration, and cross-functional support.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Work Location : In-Person, North York

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm

Salary- $70,000-$90,000 / annually

Responsibilities :

NetSuite Development & Administration :

  • Develop, design, and maintain custom scripts and workflows within NetSuite.
  • Configure custom record types, fields, roles, dashboards, and saved searches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage upgrades, and maintain data integrity.
  • Manage integrations with third-party applications.
  • Serve as the go-to NetSuite support contact for all departments.

IT Asset Management & Infrastructure :

  • Track and manage all company hardware and software assets (laptops, monitors, licenses, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance or replacements.
  • Ensure secure data storage, backups, and user access management.

Website & AI Integration Projects

  • Support the eCommerce and marketing teams with technical tasks related to the Shopify site or web-based tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on website bugs, data sync issues, or UI feedback loops.

Employee Onboarding & Technical Support :

  • Set up and configure new employee devices, accounts, and permissions (email, NetSuite, Collaboration tools, etc.).
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day IT issues.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in systems and propose solutions.
  • Document system architecture, scripts, and processes.
  • Recommend new technologies or tools that support growth and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand operational pain points and propose tech-driven solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NetSuite development or IT support.
  • Proven ability to provide end-user technical support.
  • NetSuite Certification is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
  • Good organization and reporting skills
  • Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs
