Job Summary :

We are looking for an IT Technician with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in desktop / laptop support, printer repair, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience in both onsite and remote support environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to clients.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements (especially laptops and printers).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
• Support software installations and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Ensure timely completion of tickets in line with SLA requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably with field service exposure.
• Solid hands-on experience in laptop and printer repair and troubleshooting .
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for onsite roles).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or vendor-specific credentials are a plus.
