Job summary

Italian Centre Shop is seeking a relationship-driven IT leader to oversee our technology landscape across Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Calgary. The role focuses on aligning systems with business needs while leveraging external partners to support day-to-day operations.

You will build strong relationships with stores and support teams, manage priorities, budgeting and vendor contracts, and ensure our technology environment scales with growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking across an integrated IT ecosystem.
• Experience running multi-site IT operations and managing external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, servers, networks, cybersecurity, and DR planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the technology environment across multiple locations.
• Manage the outsourced IT provider and technology vendors.
• Maintain understanding of networks, Microsoft environment, cybersecurity and mission-critical systems.
• Oversee retail technology including POS and payments systems.
• Lead technology projects, upgrades and new-store implementations.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, licensing and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure risk, issues and vendor commitments are resolved.
