Crane Supply is Canada’s premier distributor of pipe, valves, fittings and piping accessories, seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Administrator to support employees, manage user access, and maintain servers and network infrastructure.
The role reports to the Director of Information Technology and involves troubleshooting across hardware, software, and business applications, as well as coordinating with vendors and ensuring PCI DSS compliance.

The IT Support & Infrastructure Administrator reports to the Director of Information Technology and provides reliable, responsive technical support to employees across the organization. As the primary point of contact for the IT Help Desk, the position diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, access, connectivity, and business-application issues.
The role also supports the administration and security of the organization’s user accounts, endpoints, network infrastructure, communications systems, and servers. Working with internal stakeholders and external service providers, the Administrator monitors system performance, coordinates technology lifecycle activities, maintains technical documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve IT services, security, and operational efficiency.
This position is located in Canada.
