The HIDI Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Toronto. This role leads technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT strategy across multiple offices, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions while mentoring the IT Technician.
You will partner with business leaders, manage vendors and budgets, drive technology upgrades, and develop an IT roadmap aligned with project needs. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IT leadership are preferred.

The IT Manager is responsible for leading HIDI's technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT strategy. This role oversees the organization's technology environment, manages the IT Technician, partners with business leaders to support operational needs, and ensures reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions across all offices.
This position remains hands-on with infrastructure, vendor management, cybersecurity, and major technical initiatives while delegating day-to-day user support to the IT Technician.
