We are currently looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Vancouver. This role will play a key part in ensuring our systems, networks, and users remain secure, supported, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the company.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems for end-users both remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using appropriate tools.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, including internet connectivity and internal systems.
• Ensure regular data backups and support recovery processes as needed.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for external support and procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and network fundamentals.
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices and data protection measures.
