Job summary

The Government of the Northwest Territories seeks an IT Service Management Advisor based in Yellowknife to improve how information technology services are delivered and communicated across GNWT, serving a diverse audience.

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, this role leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, manages the Technology Service Centre's website and service catalogue, and ensures high-quality service delivery to more than 6,000 GNWT

Qualifications

• Relevant education and experience may include IT-related programs.
• Experience in service management or IT support environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and content development skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of ITSM strategies and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Technology Service Centre's communications plans.
• Manage the GNWT IT service website and online service catalogue.
