Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for anIT Service Desk Technicianto join our team atDilawri, Mississauga. This stationary role will serve our Canadian and US stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Certificates of training are an asset, but not mandatory
  • Handle a variety of requests that include distribution to support, setting user passwords, create and troubleshooting account issues.
  • Hardware setup and troubleshoot of end user’s workstations
  • Support a variety of support for different types of IT related hardware: Printers, faxes, phones, etc.
  • Maintain resolutions and tracking of issues with IT Ticketing system
  • Handle special projects related to IT with little or no supervision

Qualifications:

  • Have a degree in computer science or diploma in computer related studies
  • Experience working at an IT desk, assisting multi rooftops
