Job summary

Multimatic is seeking an IT Security Analyst in Markham, Ontario to strengthen our security posture by managing vulnerability and threat management activities, supporting security operations, and leading remediation across infrastructure and applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in vulnerability management and threat analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and DLP tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage vulnerability and threat management lifecycle from identification to remediation.
• Monitor threat intelligence and perform risk prioritization by exposure and attack surface.
• Support incident detection, investigation, and response activities across systems.
• Design and enhance secure architectures and embed security into system design.
• Lead remediation efforts and report on vulnerabilities and risk posture.
