Job summary

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking a temporary full‑time Project Manager, ITT in the Information Technology & Transformation division. You will lead business transformation by delivering clear project objectives, schedules, budgets and vendor management across municipal departments.

This remote-friendly role requires strong knowledge of PMBOK, SDLC, Agile, and experience managing large IT projects from initiation through closure.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree with 4–6 years related IT project management experience.
• Experience managing project life cycle using SDLC, Agile and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and best practices; ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Experience with Wrike and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop project objectives, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Manage vendor relationships and administer RFPs.
• Ensure projects align with municipal needs and service delivery.
