  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders, including the project sponsor, Business-to-Business Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, and Dossier Lead, so that they are informed in a timely manner of significant changes in the status of a project.

  • Communicate regularly with other project or program managers participating in other initiatives to foster an environment of mutual awareness where project deadlines, interdependencies, common challenges, and best practices are harmonized.
  • Establish and maintain reports and presentations on all aspects of project development, status, and completion objectives.
  • Effectively communicate project progress to different levels of the management team. Assess project risk events and escape them to the appropriate level, where appropriate, to ensure proper resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of all project governance methods and related practices, including the use of risk, dependency, issue, change management, and decision logs, and ensure compliance with and sponsorship of these methods.
  • Advise and guide the project team, as needed, on project management best practices.
  • Play a leadership role by advising project team members in the exchange of project management best practices.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to learn and document lessons learned.
