Job summary

Charter is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their Regina team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience, particularly in Operations Control Rooms. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution and managing scope, risk, and stakeholder communication. This is an onsite position with a 12-month term and a strong possibility of extension.

• 8+ years as a Project Manager with experience in Operations Control Rooms.
• Experience in managing project scope, risk, cost, time, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Position Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking One (1) experienced IT Project Manager to join our team starting July 2025. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years as a Project Manager with experience managing projects associated with Operations Control Rooms. Previous experience in implementation of a fully integrated large enterprise level system is required. Experience managing AMI Upgrade Project and CROW Generation project would be a strong asset. PMP certification is a mandatory requirement. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: 12 months. Strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years as a Project Manager with experience managing projects associated with Operations Control Rooms.
• Experience in implementation of a fully integrated large enterprise level system is required.
• Education: PMP certification. (Mandatory)
• Experience in AMI Upgrade Project is an asset
• Experience in CROW Generation project is an asset.
• Experience planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience managing project scope, risk, cost, time, quality and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
