Job summary

Vitalus Nutrition Inc. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to bring structure and momentum to projects from planning through implementation. You will keep schedules, budgets, risks, and actions visible and drive delivery across teams.

A background in IT project support and strong knowledge of PM methodologies will help you succeed in this role. You will coordinate milestones, resources, and communications, ensuring data is accurate for reports and leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project support, coordination, or administration experience, primarily supporting IT projects.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile Project Management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, meetings, workshops, training, and project logistics.
• Identify approaching deadlines, dependencies, and readiness gaps before they disrupt delivery.
• Keep decisions, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies visible and moving toward resolution.
• Bring together accurate project data for status reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $68,000.00 Annually

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Keep Projects Moving

• Coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, meetings, workshops, training, and project logistics.
• Identify approaching deadlines, dependencies, and readiness gaps before they disrupt delivery.

Turn Actions into Progress

• Keep decisions, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies visible and moving toward resolution.
• Follow up on overdue actions and elevate emerging risks before they affect project commitments.

Make Project Data Useful

• Bring together accurate project data for status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track budgets, milestones, risks, decisions, and owners so leaders have clear information for decision-making.

Build a Strong Project Record

• Keep project plans, schedules, requirements, changes, decisions, and documentation current and organized.
• Support project closeout, lessons learned, and a clear handover to operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Relevant post-secondary education in business administration, project management, IT, engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project support, coordination, or administration experience, primarily supporting IT projects.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile Project Management.
• Strong experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail. Bonus: CAPM/PMP certification, ERP knowledge, or experience supporting technology implementation, training, or operational handover.
