Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks an IT Procurement Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire in Montréal. The role is hybrid, with two days on site per week, and focuses on software and technology procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

You will lead RFP/RFI/RFQ activities, review IT contracts, and participate in QBRs while ensuring compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity expectations. A strong background in IT procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
• Experience procuring software and technology-related solutions.
• Experience with procurement processes including RFP, RFI, RFQ, and other RFX activities.
• Good understanding of IT contract terms and conditions.
• Experience negotiating IT contracts.
• Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Experience managing IT vendors and supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered an asset.
• Experience with Agiloft is considered an asset.
